Business Office Manager needed for Larchmont Non Profit.

Direct Hire + Full Benefits

Salary up to $77K DOE

Must have experience in Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing billing.

Must have experience with billing for private insurance, HMO insurance, Medi-care and Medi-cal.  (majority of billing is medi-cal

Some job duties include:

Oversee all community accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, third party billing, and preparation of all Skilled Nursing Facility private pay, insurance, secondary insurance and Medicare and Medi-Cal billing.

The Business Office Manger also serves as the campus information systems liaison with the Accounting Dept

Responsible for the smooth running of all business office functions to include; accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reviews financial reports, customer service and resident inquiries

Responsible for all accounting related to documenting, preparing, and distributing resident statements

Participates in meetings in coordination with clinical nursing, home office and therapy teams

Able to demonstrate proficient use of healthcare billing software

Must participate in Monthly AR reviews with ED/DVP

Must have bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience
