BCS Staffing, Inc. requires all candidates to undergo a multi-staged screening process.   This process includes phone interviews, in-depth face-to-face interviews, reference checks and  verification of college degrees.  We provide background checks when asked by our clients.

During in-person comprehensive interviews  we get to know our candidates to ensure they match our clients’  needs. The dynamics of our clients is very important to understand we can make the right fit.

We do reference checks with two to three previous employers to confirm experience, work ethic, and exceptional previous job performance.
