By 2006, Beryl had seen enough of the industry to launch BCS Staffing, Inc., with the intent to do things a little differently. A lasting, fulfilling match, she realized, could only be accomplished with complete transparency, infallible integrity, and most importantly, an equal focus on the employer and candidate. Originally from Los Angeles, Alexis is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. At a young age, she always loved to help people. Upon graduating she spent a few years in the non-profit sector and then joined BCS Staffing, Inc. in 2007. With over eleven years of marketing and recruiting experience, Alexis is an asset to the team while continually building valuable relationships with candidates and clients. She has an eye for detail and a deep understanding of people's needs.
